27th Season!


Counterpoint Community Orchestra is a community orchestra in Toronto, Canada. The orchestra was founded 26 years ago with a mandate to provide fine classical music in a climate of diversity, tolerance and free expression. Most of our members are gay or lesbian. However being an inclusive orchestra, we also have some straight members, and people of all races and sexual orientations are welcome to join our orchestra.

Counterpoint Community Orchestra
is actively seeking trumpets and string players
(Bass, Cello, Viola and Violin).
The Orchestra rehearses in downtown Toronto
on Monday evenings from 8-10 pm from September through May.
All interested volunteer players are encouraged
and welcome to attend and play with us.
