3. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

(I) PIP Hosts - for July 30, August 6 and 13. Please notify Daniel if you, or a friend of yours, can be the CCO’s welcoming face on any of these dates: payne.danny@gmail.com This job involves being friendly and welcoming to passersby, helping with set up, distributing a flyer with our concert dates, keeping an eye out for any issues. Last week’s host thought it was fun, as there were a lot of friendly passersby.

(ii) Host/Helper on July 20 - the Sounds Like a Park festival is brand new this summer. We don’t know what it will be like. It would be great if someone who is not performing could come and be the designated CCO rep that night to help with whatever comes up. Please contact emitchell1727@gmail.com if you, or someone you know, could do this.

(iii) DIRECTOR? We will be electing a few Directors at the AGM this fall, at least two and possibly more. Please consider getting involved in the administration of our orchestra. Musicians and non-playing interested persons are welcome. Diverse skills welcome. Contact emitchell1727@gmail.com if you are interested, or ask questions and discuss possibilities with any of the current or former Board members.
